Quick lunch of the day.
I know we have a breakfast thread and a supper thread, but thinking back to when Danny used to blog more about his staff lunches, I thought we could start a thread about what we have for lunch, I know some people have quick salads and sarnies, but I get to cook mine almost every day. It's quite normal here in Spain.
So I'll start, my quick lunch today is carrot and leek soup and hard boiled eggs with a dash of mustard.

bit of leftover soup from yesterdays supper club for me, a rare work lunch treat
Im at work 5 days of the week, and we have no real facilities here, and days off are always busy, so I rarely get anything too tasty

me too, polished off a chocolate mousse too, now got to get through the next 5 hours, have a few emergency biscuits, should some dunking be required

I reheated a chicken leg from yesterday's roast, and covered it in a tarragon and white wine vinegar sauce 
Plain yoghurt to finish.

I heated up last night's leftover rice with sour cream sauce and added a little shredded cheddar and stirred in a few arugula leaves.
