Here is the picture of my potato and cheese bake with the beautiful French name!
It was easy and quick to make (then 40 mins to cook) and very delicious.
The broccoli, cauliflower and greens from the garden had a lovely sharp dressing that went well with the creamy cheesy potato!

Looks good Joy  I made ours with a layer of cauli in the middle and light cream in attempt to reduce calories but then I ate so much of it that it would have made no difference
