This is the dinner I cooked for our 15th wedding anniversary yesterday.  We had twice baked cheese souffles, filet steak, salad and new potatoes followed by strawberry cheesecake.  It was lovely despite OH forgetting the extra strawberries to decorate the cheesecake, he'd gone to the florist instead!
