Hi everyone,
Another Sunday, another wonderful Supper Club with a room full of inspiring people, Fifteen grads and apprentices cooking, simply delicious food and raising money for San Patrignano. In October this year we will take a group of 15 grads and apprentices to San Pat to take part in their annual open day called WeFree. This is the day where the young people at San Pat celebrate being drug free and this year we are raising money to take a UK contingent over to celebrate with them.
Joe Gray cooked at the Supper Club on Sunday and I even made a Gazpacho (with help from the Chefs at Fifteen : ) )
Another Fifteen grad - Luke Robinson helped as well and the lovely Jai (2011 grad) helped as well. Jai turns up religiously to help out at our Supper Clubs. We also had Matevz from Slovenia at the Supper Club - I am also working with him as he has set up a similar project to Fifteen in Slovenia.
We served smoked makeral pate in little gem lettuce, Fifteen's amazing foccia, lemon chicken, incredible roast spuds, grilled salmon and a very special summer berry fangipane for dessert. Great day, loved it, loved it, loved it!
Cheers from Danny

Gazpacho is such a lovely soup to make & to eat...........I make it later on in the summer when my tomatoes are in glut. To make it with tomatoes still warm from the sun is a nice thing to do.
Glad you enjoyed the day so much, love.
