Hi everyone,

My friend Owen has a wonderful shop on corner of Westland Place called Renaissance London. Owen has an eye for quality and he sells the most beautiful fireplaces, mirrors and lights and other beautiful objects as well.

On the rooftop of Renaissance Owen has created a "Little Italy" that has olive trees and now an oven from the crew at Jamie's Wood Fired Oven. Today I was up on the rooftop curing the oven - I managed to toast some ciabatta as well which was perfect for an afternoon snack!

Owen is a kind chap indeed as he has said that it is fine for Jim and I to venture up on the terrace every now and then for a Wood Fired Oven cook up! Watch out for some videos and pics of this coming up in the next few months.
