
I am now baking sourdough! I am also selling my bread at farmers markets and at my local Deli.
I have had an inspection from the Environmental Health department.They are happy with my kitchen. I have told them about my plans to convert my rather large shed into a premises for the preparation of dough and preserves. I will soon be selling wood fired pizza at outdoor events. Whoop.
The planning department don't know about my oven yet!
