Griiled grouper with uncooked courgettes
So fresh that brilliant recipe of jamie's seasonnal 100 recipes of his garden.
This,mornig found two wonderful grouper and a big tuna at the fish market.
We prepared the grouper instead of maquerel in the recipe but that was really yummy !
Added with the lemon, oliveoil, pepperonis and basil sauce, ... damned I'll do that more often!
The grouper looks great! And you are so right - when you find a nice fish recipe like this, one should really have it more often.
The last time I had grouper, I fried some chopped tomates, sliced chorizo sausage and olives and served to the fish. It was very good aswell!
