I am 23 year old chef originally from England but have just moved to Brisbane, Australia. I have been a chef for 5 of the last 7 years of my life and am a bit of a foodie, especially since meeting a good friend of mine, chef and also a blogger Dave Barker. I decided to start a blog to share my experiences working as a chef in Australia and so i can share some of the beautiful food this country has to offer. Australia is some what underated in the culinary world, but since i arrived here i've noticed a great variety of fresh fish and meats and also an "ozzy" food culture. So thats me and thats what i'll be trying to show on my blog as i start working in Australia and proving theres more to Australia than just Barbecues on the beach.
